3d66 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering or using the 3d66 platform, you fully agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using or accessing the 3d66 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 3d66 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

The 3d66 platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Any registration by an individual below this age limit is invalid and the account will be terminated immediately upon verification.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the 3d66 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Notify 3d66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your credentials.

3d66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 3d66 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. You are not permitted to:

• Using the platform for any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
• Uploading, submitting, or distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the platform's technical functionality, including through the use of malware, automated scripts, or hacking tools.
• Using another user's account credentials or attempting to access their account without authorisation.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in bad faith or through explicitly prohibited methods.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation in your use of the platform.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or legal proceedings as appropriate.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3d66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (online banking), DuitNow, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are stated in your account section and are subject to change from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may be subject to additional requirements for certain amounts.
• 3d66 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review in cases showing unusual activity.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms. 3d66 is not liable for any failed transactions resulting from errors made by the user when entering payment details.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Policies

The 3d66 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3d66 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

3d66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
• Account inactivity for a period as defined by the current platform policy.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, 3d66 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balances or unused promotional credits. Real money balances held in the account may be subject to a review process before being returned at the platform's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 3d66 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 3d66 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
